Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Bromley


  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.30am-4pm
  • Full-time
  • Primary & Secondary SEN roles

Teacher Role - What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver individualised lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to support student development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth, building students' confidence and independence.

Teacher Role - What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher withexperience OR a strong interest in working with children with SEN.
  • An empathetic and patient individual with a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and adapt to the needs of each student.
