Salary: £30,000 - £37,000

Job Title: Hire Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and inquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Accurately input order and collection details into the system.
• Collaborate with the service and transport teams to ensure plant availability meets customer demand.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and act as a helpful point of contact for depot-related queries.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers to secure the best terms.

Job Details:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Hire Controller in the plant/tools industry (required)
