Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Bromsgrove - a flexible work and travel schedule is required for this role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. flexible work and travel schedule is required for this role
Purpose of the Role:
As the Business Analyst you will produce period end reports and analysis, including evaluation of performance. Provide long term planning, budgeting, and forecasting and manage capital expenditures. Contribute advice to our management team and will be a point of contact regarding financial matters and business strategy.
Duties:
- Contributing advice to the management team and be a point of contact regarding financial matters and business strategy.
- Continuously monitor business performance and provide ad-hoc analysis of occurring issues.
- Drive performance management by identifying improvement potential, agreeing on activities, and following up on results and will be proactively assisting in the management of Net Working Capital (NWC).

You will be comfortable presenting data to a high level and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside effective time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
You will be a confident communicator who is ideally educated to Degree level in a Finance or Business-related discipline.
