**Office-based - Full-time or part-time considered**

No industry experience is required for this role. You will receive full training on products and services and will focus on cold calling to secure new business and convert leads provided by the marketing team to contribute to business growth.

What we need from you as an Internal Sales Consultant:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with B2B outbound calling and new business generation
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Personable and quick thinking, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Resilience reacting positively with belief to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • A strong drive and determination to succeed
  • Strong organisation and administration skills

What the role involves:

Reporting to the New Business Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Consultant will focus on securing B2B business, primarily via cold and warm telephone calling. Other duties include:

  • You will have the autonomy to work with your own target sectors and build and nurture your pipeline
  • You will also be provided warm leads brought in by extensive marketing channels
  • Understand client needs and recognising where they may benefit from any additional services
  • Nurturing marketing leads, preparing quotes and proposals
  • Dealing with SMEs and not-for-profits
  • Maintaining accurate records via company CRM and managing a diary
  • Working with the wider sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets to help the business meet its goals
  • Working on KPIs set by the New Business Sales Manager
  • Work across other company subsidiaries and brands


Salary/hours: up to £32,500 per year full-time equivalent/pro rata for part-time.

Working 9am 5pm full time, or part-time job share, for anyone seeking part-time hours.
