Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Repairs Planner for a 3-month contract position in South Birmingham, working Monday to Friday for 37 hours per week.
The hourly pay for this role ranges from £16 to £19.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role such as repairs admin, resource controller, or scheduler.
The position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to manage data entry and administrative tasks.
This role offers the chance to work with a well-established housing association and provides an agile work balance.

We are currently looking for a Repairs Planner to join one of our clients in the South of BirminghamRepairs PlannerB60Mon - Fri/ 37hrs3 Month Contract£16 - £19 per hourAs a Repairs Planner, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Management of operatives diaries, ensuring all work is carried out in line with SLA's
Providing a high level of customer service dealing with complaints and enquiries, maintaining communication through to job completion
Data input and general admin duties

To be successful as a Repairs Planner, you will have experience in:

A similar role: repairs admin, resource controller, scheduler or compliance admin
Delivering a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment
Data entry and general administrative duties
