Job Purpose- Preparation of letters of engagement and disengagement
- Oversee the boarding and disengagement process for clients
- Monitor the database closely, inputing and archiving data
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality across the portfolio, including legal documentation and other sensitive files
- Preparation of management information, including audit billing summaries
- Assist in the timely and accurate filing of financial statements on behalf of clients
- Support tax staff with commercial matters, including the preparation of tax returns
- Preparation of proposals and year-end quotes
- Review bank audit letter requests and tracking
- Oversee bookkeeping, stationary ordering and general reception duties
- Support with ad-hoc projects and other administratives duties

- AAT qualified is desirable, but not essential
- Strong experience in financial adminisitration
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant software including Iris, SAGE, Xero and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- A team player with the ability to mentor and manager other team members
