Job Purpose
  • Preparation of letters of engagement and disengagement
  • Oversee the boarding and disengagement process for clients
  • Monitor the database closely, inputing and archiving data
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality across the portfolio, including legal documentation and other sensitive files
  • Preparation of management information, including audit billing summaries
  • Assist in the timely and accurate filing of financial statements on behalf of clients
  • Support tax staff with commercial matters, including the preparation of tax returns
  • Preparation of proposals and year-end quotes
  • Review bank audit letter requests and tracking
  • Oversee bookkeeping, stationary ordering and general reception duties
  • Support with ad-hoc projects and other administratives duties

Job Requirements
  • AAT qualified is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong experience in financial adminisitration
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant software including Iris, SAGE, Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
  • A team player with the ability to mentor and manager other team members
