About the role:

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individual to lead our Front of House team and assist in the running of our food and beverage operation.

The right candidate will be a hands-on operator who excels in customer-facing roles with the ability to multi-task effectively. They should have a keen eye for detail and will appreciate what great service is, going above and beyond for our members and guests.

As part of the management team, reporting to the Club Manager you will be committed to your work and achieving both our service and commercial goals.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Excellent management and organisational skills

Ability to motivate, lead, train and develop staff

Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 3 years experience managing in a hospitality environment.

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the clubhouse.

Work closely with the Club Manager to maintain high standards of Food and Beverage service, ensuring that all facility standards are upheld.

  • Responsible for ordering bar stock, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing stock control.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and management of Health & Safety within the clubhouse.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Club Office to coordinate Club functions and events.
  • Ensure the security of the Clubhouse, including managing daily opening and closing procedures.
