Here at Fire Safe Services, were seeking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team based in Bromsgrove. This responsible role will see you working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to be reactive effectively, and deal with potential issue quickly is paramount. If youve managed the scheduling of engineer works previously, wed love to hear from you.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of between £27,000 - £28,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days + bank holidays per annum, birthday off and the opportunity to buy or sell holiday days and company pension.

Key areas of responsibility:

Youll be responsible for ensuring that planned maintenance, small jobs & emergency call outs are scheduled and logged onto the CRM system

Ensure that the scheduled work is electronically sent to the relevant engineer

Prioritise and assess scheduling and ensure engineers locations and skills set is considered

Take responsibility for dealing with all queries that may arise in a timely and customer focused manner

Experience required for the role:

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role

Strong IT skills and an ability to pick up CRM systems

Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes demanding environment

Strong communication ability both written and verbal
