A fantastic opportunity has become available working for an outstanding creative business based just south of Birmingham. The successful applicant must possess strong experience within a varied and professional office management capacity. This role is pivotal within the business as therefore you must possess a passion and can do attitude as well as be confident with line management responsibilities. The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Managing the Reception Area and phone lines, taking messages and managing the meeting rooms

Organising catering for events

Procurement, supplier, and compliance management in line with the needs of the business

Assistance and ownership of project management including implementation of new systems and delivery of training and information

Facilities, insurance and maintenance coordination in order to ensure the smooth running of the office

Overseeing all in-house and relevant external bookings as well as coordination of all relevant materials and equipment

Management of ISO accreditation process

Ownership of GDPR guidelines and processes

Other adhoc tasks
