Our client, based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a People Resourcing Advisor on a 6-month FTC. The position is due to start immediately with a salary of £35k (Pro rata).

The ideal candidate will experience of managing end to end recruitment process, including candidate attraction, direct sourcing, interview scheduling and offer management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading on the end-to-end recruitment of new employees using direct talent attraction and sourcing methods
  • Managing the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience and internal SLAs are adhered to
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and co-ordinate interviews and offers
  • Providing reports on key recruitment data and metrics
  • Supporting managers with interviews where necessary

Experience required:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced in-house or agency recruitment team
  • Effective and confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of talent attraction within the private sector
  • Experience in using LinkedIn and job boards to find talent including Boolean searches and targeted headhunting campaigns
