ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in an SEN School in Bromsgrove on a full-time basis.
About The School and Role
- Are you an educational professional seeking a role as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant? Our partnered school provides outstanding support and education for students and young people aged from Reception to post 16 with moderate to complex needs with the aim of providing high quality education.
- Children have a range of diagnoses and special needs, including moderate learning difficulties, and/ or Social Emotional Mental Health issues.
- Providing a safe, positive, stimulating and challenging learning environment where all pupils’ needs are identified.

About You
- As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups.
- Responsibilities include providing classroom support, assisting with activities, and implementing behavior management strategies.
- Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you'll contribute to the learning environment through individualised support and the creation of learning resources.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Desired Qualifications and Skills for Level 2 TA:
- Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs
- DBS Check or willingness to undergo one

- Effective behavior management skills
- Resilience and a strong passion for education
