HCR is recruiting for an exceptional independent provider operating for over 13 years. Under, new clinical management, we are looking to recruit two registered nurses, one for a day’s position due to an internal promotion and one for the night's post. The Registered Nurse will be trained (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin.

The home is a medium size with a homely Victorian feel to it which is currently being re-modernised. The Registered Nurses working here can be assured that they will have plenty of support available with a strong clinical management team, and market-leading staffing ratios to support the Registered Nurse with the workload.

Registered Nurse Duties:

  • Safely administer medication
  • Care planning
  • Risk assessments
  • Effectively lead shift with clear precise communication
