Exciting Opportunity for Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Emergency Care Practitioners!
Join a leading provider of out-of-hours (OOH) services in Worcestershire and Warwick. This dynamic healthcare environment is designed for ANPs and ECPs to lead patient care, supported by experienced GPs. The service is strategically positioned next to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring efficient patient referrals and comprehensive care.
Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent CareLocation: Worcestershire and WarwickRate: £45-£50 per hour (Ltd or Sole Trader, increased rates over Bank Holidays)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Take charge of clinical decision-making in urgent care services using the Adastra system.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, home visits, and telehealth consultations.
- Provide care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimise patient care strategies.
- Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner on NMC.
- Masters Degree in Advanced Practice with formal recognition as an ANP
- NMP (Non-Medical Prescribing) qualification, plus training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunisations.
