We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Project Manager to play a key role in delivering innovative banking solutions, leading high-stakes projects, and driving meaningful change in the industry.

  • Proven Expertise in Project Management: You have a track record of successfully managing complex projects within financial institutions or banking environments.
  • Product Launch Success: You've delivered financial or banking products to market with measurable impact.
  • Natural Leadership: You excel in leading cross-functional teams, juggling multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You're adept at both influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to external partners.
  • Financially Savvy: A deep understanding of financial business models, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
  • Technical Awareness: You're comfortable translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the board.
  • Qualified & Certified: You hold relevant certifications in project management or related fields, showcasing your dedication and professionalism.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead Core Banking Projects: From inception to delivery, you'll take full ownership of critical banking projects, ensuring everything stays on track-on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, from product development and compliance to marketing and sales, driving collaboration and alignment on shared goals.
  • Master Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, create strategies to mitigate them, and ensure a smooth and compliant project delivery in line with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Strategic Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, ensuring the right talent and tools are in place to hit key milestones.
  • Insightful Reporting: Keep senior stakeholders and the board informed with clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
