Service Support Coordinator is being recruited to join a highly professional company based in Rotherham.Â

The Service Support Co-Ordinator’s (SSC) function encompasses a range of tasks aimed at the smooth and efficient running of the operations department. These tasks are completed on a largely autonomous basis with the SSC expected to be capable of self-direction and independent motivation and development, all supported by the operations management.
The role is office based within the Wath Upon Dearne office, although the role allows for flexible working in line with the company’s hybrid working policy.
The role may involve occasional site visits (approx. 6-12 per annum), and occasional visits to  head office in Chichester (approx. 2-3 per annum) where travel and overnight expenses are reimbursed.
Duties for the Service Support Coordinator
- Service scheduling:
- Allocating work to appropriate technicians
- Ensuring all site visits are booked with the client as required
- Handling incoming calls and emails and dealing with appropriately
- Proof reading of reports and uploading to in house system
- Raising and closing jobs on the internal system and ensuring that all the documents are completed.
- Managing the operations projects spreadsheets and trackers as required.
- General departmental administration to support the operations team
Responsibilities for the Service Support Coordinator
We are looking for a confident, dependable, high organised person who has previous experience in working in a busy support function.Â
- Previous experience working in an office environment in administration/support functions.
- Highly computer literate – especially Word and Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in communicating with various customer and internal team members via phone and email.
- Good knowledge of UK geography would be advantageous.
