We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Assistant for a leading Aerospace organisation based on site in Broughton.
Role Overview:
Provide support in co-ordination of Facilities Management (FM) activities ranging from Maintenance to Strategic Construction projects, acting as a focal point and drum beating actions/ updates as required.
- Work with Site Business Partners and Building custodians to define and lead the introduction of an effective Site/Building Process confirmation routine and action follow-up.
- Manage action recording and timely follow-up and updates to wider business areas on FM topics.
- Act as the local voice of FM at Site level working groups where required.
- Provide support to the Site FMRE BP to own reactive/unplanned issues that arise across site.
- Provide support to the site FMRE BP and EHS Controller on EHS topics requiring action / improvement, acting as a co-ordinator where required.
Required professional experience:
- Previous experience in facility management and building & construction is required.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
