Are you a Fabricator/Welder looking for work?
We are recruiting for a well-established engineering company that specialise in heavy duty fabrication.
They have urgent requirements for a MIG Welder/Fabricator.
The Job Role
- Working within a production and engineering manufacturing environment.
- Liaising with the production management to keep them updated on production targets
- Attending production meetings when required to provide input/knowledge to maintain productive environment plus any other topics which need to be addressed.
- Using measuring and quality equipment
- Reading from advanced Engineering Drawings
- Working with raw materials
- Working in Fast Paced Production environment
Experience/Requirements
- 3+ years of MIG welding & fabrication experience.
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience with heavy duty Fabrication
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Work to high standard keeping within deadlines
- Following health and safety procedures.
- To be able to work as part of a team
- To ensure that the shop floor is safe/clean.
The Package
- Rate depending on experience starting at 14 per hourand will be reviewed after probation period.
- Day shiftMonday-Friday
- On site staff parking.
- Part of a large company with the opportunity to progress to more senior roles and possibility of working at different sites.
