We are looking for someone with 3 years’ + experience within a similar role. You will have advanced Excel skills and be able use V Lookups, Pivot tables and formulas. You will be numerate as you will be working with numbers and spreadsheets every day and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new contracts received
  • Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
  • Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
  • Planning production with the supplier
  • Liaising with the supplier and customers
  • Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
  • Sending regular update to customers
  • Raising letters of credit for supplier’s weekly
  • Track new products
  • Produce weekly stock reports
  • Update Arrival V licence sheet & clear bond action
  • Sending customer invoices
  • Stock forecasting

Person Specific:

  • 3-5 years + in a Supply Chain role
  • Must have excellent Excel skills, minimum intermediate but advanced preferred (will be working with formulas and liked spreadsheets daily)
  • Has high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
  • Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
  • Has a Driving licence
