My client is seeking a new Pharmacist/Pharmacy manager to be the face of his business in the Ilford London area.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join my clients pharmacy team in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and leading a dynamic pharmacy team.Key Duties

Seeking a heavy service provider!
Minor ailments , Vaccinations, Winter flu, Covid, Blood pressure, Blood test, Diabetes
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Provide expert advice on medications, health services, and lifestyle changes to patients.
Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure the effective management of inventory and pharmacy supplies.
Implement and maintain pharmacy procedures and policies.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC number.
Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
