About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee the technical side of our operations within a thriving food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards, managing audits—including BRC and H1O—and maintaining the highest levels of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all technical quality procedures within the business.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, keeping all documentation and procedures current.
  • Lead and coordinate BRC and H1O audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and improve internal quality systems, identifying and resolving any non-conformities.
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality and compliance procedures.
  • Manage and respond to customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Compile reports on quality performance and present to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of BRC and H1O audit processes.
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive performance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
