Description
Management Accountant
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
- Prepare financial performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Monitor and report on variances, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Oversee cost controls and implement measures to optimize expenditure.
- Develop and maintain robust financial processes and controls.
- Conduct cost analysis for products, services, and projects.
Profile
A successful 'Management Accountant' should have:
- Actively working toward ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong financial controlling and cost management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
