Are you an experienced Financial Accountant looking to make a difference in a leading industry? We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified) to join a global company renowned for advancing enterprise solutions through cutting-edge innovation.

About the Role:

As a Financial Accountant, you will manage essential financial operations across business units, ensuring accurate and timely statutory and group reporting in line with local GAAP and US GAAP. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly management accounts, managing the close process, and leading country-specific financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L and balance sheet oversight, including payroll, cash management, and intercompany accounting.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting statutory accounts, working closely with external auditors.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control standards and proactively identifying improvement areas.
  • Collaborating with FP&A for budget forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Leading audit processes and managing tax compliance in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and intercompany transactions.
  • Strong command of US GAAP/IFRS, and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 a plus).
  • Excellent Excel skills and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with strong communication skills.
