My client are leaders in the automotive industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for a Production Technician.
Main Duties:
- Resolving customer issues
- Answering inquiries
- Providing guidance on the company’s products and services
- Conduct product testing
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Customer Support type role
- Customer service experience
- Experience/knowledge of technology or experience within a technical environment
The salary for the position is £25-29k depending on experience.
Bonus Scheme: £2k per year
