Customer Support Technician - Based in Buckinghamshire

This is an exciting opportunity join a fast-paced growing business for candidates who have a genuine interest to develop their career.

You will have a strong customer service orientated background with a genuine technical interest OR have technical customer support experience within IT or related role, (full product training will be given).

Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have proficient writing technique, be self-motivated and can work with minimum of supervision with ability to grasp, learn and develop quickly.

You will provide excellent customer technical support for all the company’s products via the phone, email and Microsoft Teams to clients and a network of distributors on a global basis, have a logical approach to troubleshooting with ability to multi-task.
