- We value individuals who don't wait to be told what to do – you’ll anticipate needs, whether that’s preparing lesson materials or supporting pupils one-on-one
- Building rapport with students, staff, and parents is crucial. You’ll be a positive link between all parties, ensuring clear and open dialogue
- Challenges come with the territory, but your enthusiasm for helping students overcome barriers will shine through
- You’ll work closely with teachers and other assistants, contributing ideas, sharing insights, and learning together

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
- Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
- Managing classroom resources and ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of activities
- Acting as a role model for students, fostering both academic growth and personal development
