**What You Will Do:**

- Lead the management of stock accuracy within your area of control, aligning with agreed KPIs.

- Ensure the safe storage of components and maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation in the warehouse.

- Supply materials to internal customers promptly, ensuring manufacturing lines meet their build targets without interruption.

- Develop warehouse staff, driving performance improvements across all aspects of the department.

- Utilise SAP system data effectively for stock transfer, optimising pick rates and efficiency.

- Implement and manage kitting/replenishment systems, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience managing a high number of SKUs in a low volume environment.

- Strong proficiency as a SAP user, ideally with experience implementing SAP.

- A track record of strong leadership and the ability to drive positive change and continuous improvements.

- Experience in warehouse layout optimisation and process implementation.

- Knowledge of VDA and IATF standards, with experience in sequencing and Just-In-Time (JIT) practices.
