What You Will Do:

- Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, including tool changes and machine setting.

- Organise and lead the shift production team to meet and exceed output requirements.

- Train operators using standard operation instructions and operating procedures.

- Maintain quality and safety standards, instigating containment and corrective actions in the event of non-conformance.

- Continuously strive to eliminate and reduce waste within the manufacturing process.

- Control and collate product quality and process control data, ensuring daily production plans are achieved.

What You Will Bring:

- Basic computer literacy and a minimum of 3 years injection moulding setting experience.

- Demonstrable aptitude for moulding machine trouble shooting.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Previous supervisory experience of production operators.

- A proactive attitude towards personal development and skill acquisition.
