The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis to inform key business decisions
- Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful management reports
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for financial efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Profile
The successful Management Accountant will have:
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- QBE or PQ CIMA/ACCA
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
