Certain Advantage are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) expertise to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organization.

You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain processes within our clients SAP ecosystem.

The Role:

Join a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment where you will help drive business transformation through SAP solutions. As part of the ERP Centre of Excellence, you will ensure business continuity, support operational growth, and contribute to the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a Multi-Functional Team to translate business needs into SAP MM / PP requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Ensure continuity of service, minimizing operational disruptions and improving system performance.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand complex business requirements and recommend process automation.
  • Define and develop functional specifications, reviewing them with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Liaise with Product Management and IT teams to ensure effective SAP solution development and deployment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing support for interface monitoring, production issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Support the rollout of Unified ERP solutions across company sites.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • SAP MM / PP expertise (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
  • Experience in IT product design, development, and business change management
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience working in aerospace, automotive, or similar engineering/manufacturing industries (Preferred)
