WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 month contract, based on site in Broughton 3 days per week. As a Business Analyst, you will be working as part of a Multi-Functional Team to translate the business needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.

  • Define and develop the specification documents and conduct their review with stakeholders and Product team members.
  • Liaise with the Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the Customers as a subject matter expert, conduct interface monitoring, missing parts demand analysis, production issue resolution and root cause analysis.
