We are seeking candidates who are looking to support students in their learning and creating a safe learning environment.About the Role: As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with their work.
- Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with their learning and addressing any queries they may have.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
