About the Role:

Are you a customer-focused, engaging, and hardworking individual with experience in customer service? My client, a dynamic events-based business, is seeking a Customer Service and Administration Executive to join their vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Customer Service Manager in delivering outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via email and telephone
  • Manage the live online chat function linked to the customer portal
  • Interact directly with large clients
  • Process and update orders
  • Research and implement AI solutions within the customer service function
  • Process refunds
  • Refresh online product descriptions
  • Identify and implement process and procedural improvements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service role
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Proven ability in developing and implimenting new processes and procedure
  • Strong IT and Tech skills
  • Be proactive and able to use your own innitiative
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive approach to work with a positive, can-do attitude
