Due to an internal promotion they are currently looking for an EA to support their CEO with ad hoc support to the Executive Team.

Description

  • Coordinate and organise executive meetings and appointments for the CEO
  • Travel management (UK based)
  • Manage communication between the executive team and other departments.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for meetings and presentations.
  • Minute taking during Board Meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the executive team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team.

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • Previous experience in an executive assistant role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritise competing demands.
  • Based locally to Buntingford - the role is full time office based
