Our long term and established client are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team. The main focus of this role is to provide account administration, however you will also be required to handle a limited number of current orders to relieve the pressure on the order processing team. Salary £30000 - £32000 plus £900 - £1800 annual bonus. Modern offices and parking.

The role involves the following

Account Administration role

  • Filter incoming enquiries and respond professionally & promptly if senior sales team not available
  • Take a client brief and produce an accurate quote
  • To assist with other sales tasks, for example sending out product samples
  • Managed shared inbox, filtering & distributing emails to team members
  • Provide holiday cover for other members of the sales team

Order Processing role

  • Receiving an order from the sales team and managing it through the process to delivery and submitting of invoice
  • This includes liaising with supplier to produce visual proofs and ensuring clients logo is used properly and then obtaining proof sign-off from client
  • Undertaking some basic artwork and checking client’s logos are correctly formatted
  • Taking all the various steps to ensure products are printed correctly and suppliers are able to deliver on time to the client
  • Ensuring the products are the correct quality and in the event of a client complaint or question to liaise with supplier and settle and questions relating. This relates to design, print quality, quantity, packing and product quality
  • Taking responsibility for despatch and fulfilment of orders and liaison with couriers
  • Provide holiday cover for other members of the order processing team
