You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration within a business function (sales, business/market development) or high-volume office work.
  • Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths (or Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) - Ireland).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Funnel Scorecard, Miller Heiman, and Rexis.

In this role you will be working in and amongst commercial and operational functions to drive commercial success and great customer experience by managing admin tasks and collaborating with teams. You will also be responsible for:

  • Workload Management & Prioritisation: Planning tasks, triaging requests, and providing general administrative support for customer contracts and key deliverables.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Reviewing and checking documents for accuracy, maintaining records, and ensuring tasks meet service levels and quality standards.
  • Customer/Colleague Experience: Engaging with both internal and external customers, going the extra mile to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Seamlessly working with different teams, ensuring clear communication, and supporting continuous process improvements.
  • Using sales tools such as Funnel Scorecard, Miller Heiman, and Rexis to track results and monitor key metrics.
