We are delighted to be working alongside our very successful, highly reputable and friendly client as they seek to recruit a Sales Office Co-Ordinator (12 month contract which could extend or be made permanent), to join their team at their offices in Burgess Hill. My client has an excellent reputation within their field of industry and offers a great environment in which to work. This role is a full time position (Mon-Thu 0830-1730 and early finish on a Friday 0830-1300)

Sales Office Co-Ordinator - 12 month maternity cover contract, which could extend or be made permanent

Mon-Thu 0830-1730 and Fri 0830-1300

Role based in Burgess Hill. Around 15 minute walk from the station area. Lots of free car parking on site.

Salary £32000-£35000 per year depending on experience levels plus very good all round company benefits, including excellent pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays and Christmas close down.

The role - Sales Office Co-Ordinator (12 month contract)

The Sales Office Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Sales. The role is to pro-actively support the teams with the coordination of technical sales activities.

Duties will include:

Supporting Sales Managers with tenders and administration

Ensure technical documents received from clients are logged accurately on the CRM

General sales and admin duties

Organise travel and logistics for the department

Communication with international clients via phone, Teams and email

Assist with organising any exhibitions or conferences

Assist in the development of new admin systems

Participate in departmental meetings

Assist with development of the website

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Self-starter, able to use initiative to see tasks through to the end

Extremely organised with good attention to detail

Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Competent user of MS Office

Experience of CRM systems preferred

A working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions would be beneficial - not essential

Pro-active with a desire to improve processes
