CK Group are recruiting for a Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner, to join a diagnostics company, in this remote position with visits to their site in Burgess Hill and customers assigned, on a contract basis for 12 months.


Salary:

From 20.00-37.00 per hour PAYE or 26.53- 40.00 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).


Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner:
  • You will be enabling commercial and operational success through collaborative working on administrative aspects.
  • Included in the administration - planning, scheduling, data review and preparation, reports, contract amendments and system change requests.
  • You will provide great customer experience through exceptional communication, collaboration, attention to detail, prioritisation and working under pressure.

Your Background:
  • Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Proactive approach and a positive can-do mindset.
  • React responsively and in a timely manner to queries and issues.
  • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably (url removed).
  • Willing to learn and be challenged, self driven and motivated, capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.

Location:
