Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service management or supervisory roles
- Background in the renewable energy sector (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience in call centres, tech support, or complaint handling (preferred)
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively

- Managing the daily operations of the Customer Service department
- Addressing customer concerns and ensuring service excellence
- Supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Scheduling and coordinating team training and performance evaluations
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborating with office and field teams to enhance overall customer experience

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
