This role is available due to continued strong company growth levels and will involve leading a team of around 8 sales and customer service advisers in a small, specialist and growing business.

Full time permanent role - office based
Mon-Fri office hours - no weekends
There is free parking on site for staff. Office based around 15 minutes walk from the nearest station.
Salary £32000 per annum plus good company benefits. Very good commission / bonus levels will take the earnings for this role to around £50000 per year or higher

The role: Sales Team Manager
This role involves leading the internal sales team in driving business growth forward
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets in a regulated environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and drive the team to meet and exceed call and sales targets on a consistent basis
Manage, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team.
Develop and implement training programs
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Sales Strategy & Implementation
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote services to potential clients
Identify and optimise sales opportunities through lead generation, customer outreach, and up-selling or cross-selling to existing clients
Work with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
Providing information to management as appropriate to allow informed business decisions to be made
Customer Relationship Management:
Oversee the use of CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report sales performance
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Analyse sales data to identify trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Skills, experience and competencies required:
Strong leadership and team management skills within a sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement sales initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
