They are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their dedicated team in Burgess Hill on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead the customer support team in a fast-paced and growing business. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service while adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service management or supervisory roles
  • Background in the renewable energy sector (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in call centres, tech support, or complaint handling (preferred)
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operations of the Customer Service department
  • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring service excellence
  • Supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Scheduling and coordinating team training and performance evaluations
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborating with office and field teams to enhance overall customer experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
