The Role

We are working on behalf of an innovative e-commerce company specialising in made-to-order clothing, blending technology, design, and exceptional customer service to create personalised, high-quality products.

They are seeking a customer-focused, organised, and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join their service-driven team during their seasonal peak. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll support customers at every step of their journey, ensuring an outstanding experience and upholding their commitment to service excellence. This role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service, maintaining SLAs and striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email) promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise the customer journey and streamline processes.
  • Work proactively to address customer needs and ensure a seamless order journey.

Requirements
