Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) Salary: £57,333Location: Ditchling, East SussexI am seeking an established Clinical Lead (RGN or RMN) to oversee a beautiful Residential service within the Ditchling Common area, East Sussex. As one of the Clinical Leads, your role will involve a blend of leadership, clinical oversight, and direct care delivery. Working closely with the Registered Home Manager, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the home runs efficiently while upholding the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care.
