About the Role
Harry at Amber Mace is working with a successful and growing healthcare organisation who are seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager (RGN Registered) to lead one of their large, established nursing home in Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a respected care provider and take ownership of delivering exceptional care standards while ensuring operational excellence, with the potential to grow and progress your career as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents.
-Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
-Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations, maintaining or achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
-Implement and maintain robust policies and procedures to promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
-Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN.
-Proven track record of managing large nursing homes with excellent results in CQC inspections.
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
-A passion for providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
-Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
