Hours: Full-Time

HCR is looking for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to work in a well-established nursing home with a high reputation for delivering high standards of care, which shows in its “Good” CQC ratings.

Are you passionate about improving the quality of life and providing exceptional care to your residents? The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will lead, mentor, support, and manage the team to drive excellent care standards resulting in quality outcomes ensuring exceptional person-centered care.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing care home, ensuring smooth and effective management.
  • Provide clinical support as needed.
  • Oversee rota planning to ensure sufficient safe staffing levels.
  • Conduct monthly clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and maintain required documentation.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Requirements:

  • To have an active NMC pin.
  • The ideal Clinical Deputy Home Manager will already be working in deputy management, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse role.
  • Must have experience working in nursing homes.
  • The Clinical Deputy Home Manager must be competent clinically.
