As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for commissioning a new nursing home for the elderly in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and setting up a new nursing home for the elderly in West Sussex
  • Recruiting and training a team of dedicated staff members
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the home and maintaining high standards of care
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
