Commissioning and setting up a new nursing home for the elderly in West SussexRecruiting and training a team of dedicated staff membersEnsuring the smooth running of the home and maintaining high standards of careManaging budgets and resources effectivelyBuilding strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local communityEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislationImplementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staffRequirements:
Previous experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home settingProven track record of successfully commissioning a new serviceRegistered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectivelyA passion for providing high-quality care to the elderlyResponsibilities:
