My client is a Healthcare based firm is searching for candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to showcase their flurry of expertise in this new Finance Enterprise Partner opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on financial implications, Co-leading the pricing strategy during the tender process & approaching each of their daily task with an organised and ambitious approach.
Responsibilities as a Finance Enterprise Partner
- Pricing Strategy Partnership: Collaborate with the business to support or co-lead the pricing strategy during the tender process, utilizing a commercial mindset.
- Financial Advisory: Provide guidance on the financial implications of proposed tender solutions.
- Financial Performance Monitoring: Ensure financials are on track to meet targeted business results and metrics or advise on deviations and necessary corrective actions.
- New Business Models: Assist the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and offering pricing transparency.
Sustainable Commercial Deals:
- Actively contribute to ensuring sustainable commercial deals by evaluating risks, considering competitor assumptions, and proposing sustainable pricing strategies.
- Implement sustainable pricing strategies based on thorough risk evaluation and competitor analysis.
- Data Analysis for Pricing Proposals: Consolidate extensive data from multiple suppliers to analyse and provide informed advice on pricing proposals.
- Organizational Behaviour Stimulation: Encourage behaviours across the organization that align with financial objectives.
- Customer Performance Management: Monitor and manage customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle with a focus on profitability and outcomes.
- Profit and Loss Improvement: Propose and drive ideas for improving the P&L, including upsell opportunities, efficiency improvements, waste reduction, risk reduction, and channel optimization.

6 month contract (inside IR35
Job Title: Finance Enterprise Partner
Location: Burgess Hill
Salary: - 500 - 500 UMB rates including holiday pay or 376.97 - 414.67 PAYE basic excluding holiday pay.
Hybrid 2/3 days in the office
