Our client, a leading equipment supplier based in Burgess Hill, is seeking a Scheduler to join their dynamic team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in coordinating field engineers and ensuring seamless service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Field Management System to efficiently schedule and dispatch engineers.
  • Allocate workloads based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.
  • Handle incoming calls and act as a liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Adapt schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize disruption.
  • Collate certificates and ensure the completion of works to successfully close jobs.
What They're Looking For:
  • Strong communication & people skills - able to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • IT literate with experience using CRM & scheduling systems.
  • Quick thinker & problem solver - able to react to last-minute changes effectively.
  • Strong memory & attention to detail for managing multiple schedules.
