We're looking for a dedicated and approachable Student Support Worker to join our Primary Pupil Referral Unit in Burgess Hill. Here, we provide tailored support to students who need extra guidance to engage with their learning and build confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting primary school students in the classroom and beyond, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
  • Assisting students with behavioural and emotional needs, guiding them in managing their feelings.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and providing structured support during lessons and break times.
  • Joining students at lunchtime to build rapport and foster a sense of community.
Who We're Looking For:
