The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of early years students.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Monitor and document children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop essential social skills.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all students.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of young learners.
Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
