As the Compliance Officer, you will be:
- Assist with the delivery of asset compliance services across PPM and reactive repair projects
- Manage and deliver on the external contract compliance works, ensuring all KPIs and legislations are adhered to
- Assist with the financial planning and budget setting across the asset compliance setting for the housing stock
- Maintain the review and data to support programs within the department
Qualifications and experience required for this Compliance Officer role:
- Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
- Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within asset and compliance
As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
